With a postgraduate degree in International/Global Studies and four years of work experience in the finance industry, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who can handle diverse and challenging situations. Currently, I work with a team of 15 members to support the operational effectiveness of client mortgage services at CIBC, where I am learning a transit controller work, review detail investigations,create learning paths and training for the team members, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the client mortgage servicing process. Similarly, I supervise the small hospitality business,where I direct a housekeeping team to maximize customer satisfaction and make a business profitable. I am a result-oriented, self-motivated, and detailed oriented individual who always tries to create value for the organization. In addition, I am an individual with high Emotional Intelligence which I use effectively to deliver an excellent client experience with the organisation.
