Senior Risk and Governance Executive | Strategic Finance Leader | CPA (Canada & U.S.) With over 25 years of experience in internal controls, internal audit, and risk management across diverse industries—including asset management, retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, and life sciences—I bring a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, driving strategic transformation, and delivering value-added governance solutions. Currently serving as Global Head of Internal Controls at Fiera Capital, I lead the global internal controls program and provide oversight over internal controls, and other assurance and advisory initiatives. I’ve rebuilt and transformed the function into a best-in-class program, implemented a GRC system, and established external audit reliance—driving significant cost savings and audit efficiency. I have designed and led the 52-109 CEO/CFO Certification Program partnering closely with executive leadership, IT, and business teams to provide objective assurance on key internal controls. My approach is business-minded and solution-oriented, with a focus on enabling strong governance, and risk mitigation. I’m also passionate about community leadership and currently serve as Board President at Brampton Meals on Wheels, supporting governance, strategic direction, and community impact.
