Experienced Civil Engineer with over 27 years of experience in the field of Hydroelectric Projects with excellent reputation in resolving problems and decision making skills. Experience in Policy development in Power sector and staff management procedures which positively impacted the overall morale and productivity. Joined KSEBL as Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) and worked in various capacities as Asst. Executive Engineer Executive Engineer Deputy Chief Engineer and then promoted as Chief Engineer (Civil) for than three and half years. Later been appointed as Director (Generation Civil and HRM) by Government of Kerala and superannuated as Director (Generation Civil and HRM) from KSEBL on 31/03/2019. While been with KSEBL working in various capacities had been associated experienced and expertise in the construction and timely commissioning of several small medium and major Hydroelectric Projects and its associated structures like Dams/weirs Intakes Head rise tunnels surge shafts inclined pressure shafts horizontal pressure shafts valve house penstocks power house and associated structures. Also experienced in the construction repairs operation and maintenance of dams dam monitoring & safety and security works of dams of KSEBL. Also attended trainings seminars and various activities associated with DRIP aided by World Bank. While been in the charge of Chief Engineer (Investigation and Planning) had experience in the field of Survey & Investigation and preparation of Detailed Project Reports of Hydroelectric Projects. As The Director (Generation Civil and HRM) had varied expertise in timely decision making leadership skills policy making HR development Workforce planning and employment Employee and Labor relations etc.
