I am passionate about harnessing the power of technology to make lives easier. From a background in IT project/program management through to my most recent role as Product Lead, I develop technology products, services and solutions that maximise efficiencies and resolve key business issues for customers and employees. Proactive and highly strategic, I work to understand all facets of a project, maintaining a bigger picture perspective to anticipate roadblocks to delivery, meet deadlines and maximise benefits across an organisation. This approach extends to my approach to product leadership, conducting research, market assessment and gap analyses to create digital products, tools and roadmaps that resonate with new markets and drive growth. Critically, I establish positive workplace cultures to unlock productivity in teams and achieve goals across large, diverse stakeholder groups. Blending a healthy, collaborative approach with core strength in execution, I ensure the job is done right, and that customers, product, business and technology teams have what they require to deliver a project correctly and on time.
