I am General Manager of Chartwell Le Prescott, a seniors' residence offering personalized services adapted to the needs of each individual. I have over 20 years' experience in property management and residential services. My mission is to develop a vision and strategy to ensure the quality of services, resident satisfaction and long-term viability of the organization. I manage the residence's operations, human resources, finances, information and communications, in collaboration with internal and external partners. I also contribute to the evolution of the service offering by generating innovative ideas and ensuring synergy with higher authorities. I'm passionate about the well-being of seniors, and I'm committed to providing them with an appropriate, safe and stimulating living environment.
