About Monica Bithar

Vision without traction is hallucination.” — Gino Wickman Vision is powerful but without structure, accountability and operating rhythm rarely persist at scale. I have spent the last 20+ years at the intersection of founder ambition and operational execution, building systems to turn strategy into measurable traction. My focus has been consistently on: Turning strategic intent into priorities you can execute Creating accountability structures that minimize leadership friction Driving cross-functional alignment around clear outcomes Institutionalising cadence, governance and performance discipline I function at my best in founder-led, growth-stage environments where scale has outpaced structure, and need to bring clarity around roles, decision rights and metrics. My operating framework is based on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), augmented with formalising training in strategic management from IIM Kozhikode, and enriched by my experience in operations, delivery governance and customer success leadership roles. I am especially excited about organisations stuck in inflection points, or experiencing periods of rapid growth, structural ambiguity, leadership bandwidth constraints or execution fatigue.
