About Monica Bouchard

I graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Management degree majoring in Human Resources and Marketing at the University of Lethbridge. I was an engaged student dedicated to leadership as evidenced by my role as Executive Vice President of the Management Student Society, participation in a unique Theory into Practice program known as the Integrated Management Experience and success in a variety of case competitions. Past experiences have enabled me to develop a proficiency with communication in group settings or individually through press conferences, interviews and presentations. I thrive in a position that allows me to use my interpersonal skills while interacting with many individuals in a variety of settings. My positive attitude and organizational skills have enabled me to achieve my goals personally, academically and professionally. Some of my personal accomplishments include competing as a world-cup athlete, moving on to coaching and organizing competitions and training nationally and internationally. My academic and professional accomplishments have occurred through extra-curricular activities and work experience in field positions in the energy sector.
