About Monica Cahey

I am an Estate Agent with Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co. serving San Diego’s North County communities. My mission and great passion are a direct result of my core belief that I am here to facilitate, guide, and help people achieve their real estate goals. I accomplish this by carefully listening to my clients, fully understanding their objectives, and creating customized solutions to meet their unique needs. In line with that philosophy, I provide unparalleled service to my clients, including staging their property to get top dollar, comprehensive marketing of their property, and managing every detail of the transaction until it is successfully completed. I get results through continuous communication with my clients and by conducting myself with the utmost honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I have been in real estate for five years and my specialties include assisting home buyers and sellers who may be recent empty-nesters, retirees needing to downsize, or first-time home buyers dreaming of homeownership. I love being a resource, educating, understanding, and providing relevant information to help my clients helping them find the perfect place to call home. I am committed to delivering the best possible experience for my clients, making them feel at ease through the process of these major life transitions. One of the things I love most about my job is having the honor of helping real estate clients in the 55+ age group. As a baby boomer with life experiences myself, I am confident in my ability to help others in this stage of life. I am proud to be a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) in the San Diego, CA area, and also a certification Downsizing in Real Estate Specialist (DSRE®). I help senior homeowners define their goals and provide them with the information and tools they need to find the best home and neighborhood to fit their lifestyle.
