About Monica Carella

I'm a graduated student in Management Engineering with a board knowledge in mechanical and management fields. The professional experiences, in particular the promoting activity, gave me the possibility to cure and make experience about Customer Relationship aspects such as attention to customer needs, persuasiveness and other techniques. The frequent contact with people made me aware of good Comunication skills. University experiences, such as the need of working in team to realize project and achieve common goals, the swimming competitions with my team, gave me the possibility to develop Problem Solving skills, adaptability, flexibility and how to improve myself to meet goals and to learn from face-off with other people. The Erasmus Placement Programme experience has allowed me to know and to establish relationship with people coming from different parts of the world, to improve the knowledge of English language and my communication skills, to learn managing and solve independetly several situations and unexpected events, to adapt myself to new situations and their developement.
