About Monica Copeland

I've always loved being creative - drawing, reading, writing, designing, etc. When I started thinking about a career, this translated to a passion for marketing and design. Being a Creative Strategist allows me to use these creative abilities in my everyday role. It also allows me to collaborate with members of other teams within our office. I enjoy working with others on a project and seeing it come together from start to finish. I take great pride in producing a successful finished product and providing the best deliverable to our clients. My approachability puts my teammates and our clients at ease as they find me easy to work with. I look forward to continuing to grow my knowledge of the AEC industry and further developing the position of the Creative Strategist at Shive-Hattery!
