About Monica Csibi

As a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter at Viking Europe, I am responsible for designing and implementing the recruitment plan according to the business needs and goals. I have been working in this role since October 2022, after spending more than nine years as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at the same company. I have a Master's degree in Human Resources Psychology and Organizational Health from "Babeș-Bolyai” Cluj-Napoca University and I have developed strong skills and competencies in HR Consulting, Recruiting, Job Description Development etc. and also participated in various HR related projects. Throughout my journey in the HR world, I have successfully recruited, hired and promoted candidates for numerous positions in the shared service center industry, using the relevant internal and external channels, conducting interviews and assessment centers, delivering feedback and preparing and discussing offers with the selected candidates. I also maintain a close relationship with the internal customers and act as a Recruitment partner for the business. My mission is to find and select the best talent for Viking Europe and to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
