About Monica H.

Monica is a product-minded problem solver passionate about building intuitive, user-centered solutions that drive real impact. With a background in UX research, information management, and cross-functional collaboration, I approach product development with both empathy and strategic focus. I've just earned my Master’s in Information Management at the University of Washington, where I’ve led UX projects sponsored by Google and owned product roadmaps, conducted research-driven decision-making, and delivered MVPs that balance user needs with business goals. I thrive at the intersection of design, research, and product strategy: whether it's simplifying workflows, reducing digital waste, or defining features that align with OKRs. I bring structure to ambiguity, ask the right questions, and stay grounded in both user outcomes and measurable success.
