About Monica Jackson
I am a medical assistant with many years in customer service and a strong passion for helping others. I have been in customer service since the age of 15 and became interested in the health care field after high school. I recieved my medical assistant diploma in 2012 from Everest University and was immediately hired by my extern site, Park Avenue Dermatology. I also recently received my certification to use the Eximer (Xtrac) laser as of March 2017 and my NCCT medical assistant certification as of July 2017. As of 2022, I have been trained as a mohs technician at Dermatology Southeast and currently pursuing a degree as a histology technician. My goal is to become a long time and valuable medical assistant to not only a health care provider and company that I work for but also to the patients.
