About Monica Kline

Kline Associates, Ltd. was founded in 1979 by Ernest P. Kline, Pennsylvania’s 25th Lieutenant Governor. Kline Associates represents clients’ interests in all areas of government, with special emphasis at the state level. At Kline Associates, a quality, not quantity approach is taken when working with our clients. We spend more time on each issue with individual clients and we offer value. Our founder, Ernie Kline dedicated his life to public service with great dignity. That service continued in the private sector by offering clients of Kline Associates an existing position of trust in Harrisburg. And that dedication and integrity continues to this day through his daughter, Monica and son John running the firm. Monica joined the firm in 1995 and became its President in Since that time, she has worked intently on projects that focus on advancing technologies that will connect rural Pennsylvania with the Commonwealth’s cities and the world without drastically changing their way of life. In addition, the firm has taken on and successfully completed many specific-issue projects. One particular favorite of Monica's was the successful representation of the US Sportsmens' Alliance and Pennsylvania hunters and sporting dog owners during changes to the Commonwealth's Dog Law. Integrity and credibility are the cornerstones of Kline Associates. We have not, and will not, work with clients whose interests are in conflict. This has been a crucial element to our success. Our credibility, as well as our clients', is at the forefront of every decision we make.
