About Monica Rubini

An empathetic approach and good persuasive communication skills have defined since the very beginning a professional career built on sales and multi-media communication. Results-oriented, creative and active in finding new strategies and possible new business opportunities, I have learnt how to approach and develop different business areas and to manage different workflows (including, but not limited to consulting, TV and Digital Ad Sales, Brand Solutions, content distribution, production of unscripted lifestyle and factual genres). Moreover, balancing an analytical personality and a scientific organization of work, with an enthusiastic approach and an artistic sensibility. Valuable experience with several international teams has surely sharpened my resources management skills.
