I am an experienced regulatory and business operations professional with a strong background in customer advocacy, business analysis, and records management. Currently, I serve as a Regulatory Resolution Technician at Florida Power and Light, where I ensure compliance with the Florida Public Service Commission, Better Business Bureau, and media complaints while managing the Customer Correspondence Management System.In previous roles at Gulf Power Company, I contributed to financial reporting, including the coordination of Due Diligence Reports and 10K/10Q certifications, as well as managing regulatory rate recovery expenses related to Hurricane Michael. I have also supported large-scale data requests, contributed to the company’s 2017 Rate Case, and ensured compliance with state and federal regulations in records management.I bring a wealth of experience in administrative and marketing roles, from organizing Board of Director meetings to managing marketing proposals, training sessions, and project coordination. With a BA in Journalism and a Public Relations Minor from Eastern Illinois University, I am dedicated to driving results through meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence.
