She’s a seasoned communications and marketing professional with over 13 years of experience in entertainment and network television. Starting her career with the NBC Universal East Coast Page program in New York City, she worked on shows like “Saturday Night Live” and “TODAY” with assignments at NBC News Marketing, Oxygen and “30 Rock” Live. She later spent seven years at Cartoon Network,[adult swim], and Boomerang, progressing from communications assistant to publicist creating brand strategy and award-winning publicity campaigns for series, digital platforms and consumer products. She assisted with hit series like “Steven Universe,” “Adventure Time,” “Craig of the Creek,” “The Powerpuff Girls,” “Care Bears: Unlock the Magic” and more. She moved onto Warner Bros. Discovery’s Equity + Inclusion, where she managed inclusive corporate content, launched digital editorial spaces, publicized E+I initiatives, produced an HBCU-focused employee series and led internal communications. In her last role as the franchise manager at 9 Story Media Group, a leading producer and distributor of children's content she worked on kid's focused content for preschool and kids aged 7-11. She oversaw series like Netflix's "Karma's World" created and executive produced by Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges and "Dee & Friends in Oz" with music supervision by Tarriona “Tank” Ball from Grammy-award nominated group, Tank and the Bangas. Monique hails from Miami, Florida and is a third- generation graduate of Florida A&M University. In 2020, she was featured in HBCU Buzz's "Top 30 Under 30" honoring notable HBCU alum across the country. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
