About Monique Allison

Being a caregiver is my passion I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 13 years. I don't know who I am without it and I'm sure there are other things I am good at, but taking care of people is what I do best. As a 36 year old Navajo Mother of an Autistic son, I thrive on caring for our elders, the disabled, & those who are in the end stages of their life. My community is important to me & I owe my skills to anyone who needs my love, mercy, & holistic care. What's in my heart cannot always be taught or trained in someone. I know what I do is special & my spiritual connection to other human beings is my gift. My life has been dedicated to serving clients & residents in their homes, Hospitals, ALF, SNF, & those in memory care. I am full of pride in the care I provide & confident in the knowledge I have gained over the years. Whether it's through an agency, facility, or private care I am committed to bringing my best intuition in knowing the needs of others.
