About Monique Coles

The De-escalation Specialist.I'm an Employee Relations Manager currently working in the alternative medicine industry, with a background rooted in thoughtful investigation, compliance, and people-first workplace practices. I’ve been fortunate to build experience navigating complex employee matters with care, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.Over the years, I’ve developed a calm, steady approach to conflict resolution and policy development, always aiming to find solutions that support both employees and the organization. I believe in listening carefully, thinking critically, and creating environments where people feel respected and understood.I’m continually learning and striving to improve how I use data, feedback, and collaboration to strengthen employee engagement and well-being. My goal is to help shape workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and able to thrive.I'm always open to connecting with others in the HR and employee relations space to exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another.
