I have over 25 years of experience in all facets from the front/back of the house, hotel management, hospitality services, event planning, volunteer, and fundraising for both private and public organizations. Corporate and culinary trained expert, I am skilled in all aspects of event planning and catering. I have much to offer in the corporate atmosphere having been there before and as an experienced business owner. Highlights Voted Best of Coronado 2017 – Coronado Lifestyle Magazine. Successfully executed a summer series of corporate events at a Showcase home in Coronado featured in Architectural Digest. Each event catered to a different corporate client with custom tastes, menus, event specifications and guests. Launched and ran the Warren Walker School Teacher Lunch Program – Conceptualized the program to provide teachers with a catered monthly appreciation luncheon. Food was plated on fine china with linens and created fresh, seasonal menus each month for 4 years.
