A highly driven and results-oriented professional with nearly 15 years of international experience and a passion for Diversity and Inclusion. I excel at managing complex global projects and driving business transformation. My expertise lies in leading virtual teams to achieve the highest performance standards, with a focus on standardization and process improvement. A diverse background in Tech Support, Supply Chain, Bids & Proposals, Project Management, Sales, and Service has enabled me to develop a broad range of skills, including cross-functional lean project management, relationship building, and excellent communication at all levels of management. Furthermore, I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian which facilitate communication across region and cultural awareness. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I have volunteered my time with organizations such as the Panama Project Management Institute (PMI), Agile Panama, and Women in Agile Panama. In my current company I lead multiple ERG (employee resource groups), including True Ability, Women in Action, Conexus, and more. I also participate in yearly pro bono consulting helping nonprofit organization in need of my skillset, in South Africa, United Stated and Panama. Being fluent in four languages, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certification with training in Data Science and machine learning, I am well-equipped to deliver exceptional results across multiple organizations.
