What I Do: I help you develop the most important people in your company with leadership skills. I use a holistic and traditional leadership coaching and development approach, including new work methods like Yoga and Mediation. I have traveled and provided international leadership coaching sessions and personal development consulting services in several countries, including the USA, Germany, Dubai, Qatar, and Switzerland. And coached leaders from organizations like The Otto Group, Pearson PLC, Lufthansa, startups, and many C-Level Executives from German/Global companies in the US. With over 25 years of global work experience, I have seen the extraordinary possibilities that arise from authentic and effective leadership. My goal is to coach leaders to transform themselves and their organizations. Why am I a good fit for your Leadership & Career journey? Originally from Munich, Germany, I have over 20 years of highly successful leadership training and consulting experience in global business management. Plus, leadership, organizational development, and cultural diversity. By 19, I founded my first company from scratch, which developed into a Franchise System with 150 travel agencies in Germany. However, 15 years later, I felt burned out & depressed at the peak of my career. Because of this, I sold my business & and started what I love most: leadership coaching. During the two years living & working abroad (Dubai, Qatar & Switzerland), I saw firsthand the struggles international companies face with Expats/Spouses/Families, such as language challenges, feeling disconnected, and cultural differences. So in 2014, with my experience and several coach certifications & my psychotherapist (HPG) in place, I packed my suitcases and immigrated to the US: And here I founded meetus@US to assist leaders in settling in and successfully transforming themselves and their respective organizations.
