About Monique Pavon

My experience with working with seniors began early in my life. My first paying job was as a care provider helping my grandmother and her friends with meal preparation, housework and companionship. Later, as an adult, I took care of my grandfather who lived in our home for 13 years and passed away at the age of 99. I also have 5 years’ experience running my own local sustainable food business and, while raising my children, I acquired my degree in early childhood development and worked for many years assisting children with special needs. In May 2022, I began working professionally as a caregiver. I developed my skills learning and working as Scheduler, Care Manager, Community Relations Manager, and now as Director Of Client Services. Helping people has always been a very rewarding experience for me.
