About Monique Sanchez

I am a Regional Operations Center Specialist with eleven years of Telecommunications and Network Operations experience. I have worked in fast paced environments for top companies such as H&R Block, Coca Cola, and Spectrum Communications. Throughout my history, I have received accolades for my work ethic and have been recognized for my contributions to these organizations. Currently, I am working for Spectrum Communications based out of Greer, South Carolina. My role as a ROC Specialist has not only allowed me first hand experience with various technological advancements within the company, but direct contact with different levels and branches of the company as well. A few of my more notable achievements within the company stand with me fulfilling company quotas, working closely with technical advisors to solve countrywide network issues, and often stepping in as lead within my department. In my position, I am known as someone who can and will always get the job done. I am focused, ambitious, and creative. My passion for the ever-growing field of technology reflects in everything that I do and especially within my work ethic. I work to fulfill the needs of the techs that I dispatch and advise as well as provide support, when in my leadership position, to the needs of my team. I am goal oriented in my position and put forth my best efforts towards the growth of the company. I am driven and strive continuously to improve myself and reach new heights. My education consists of a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from Troy University.
