About Monique Smith

Hi! I am transitioning from a 9 year career in Special Education to a career in Salesforce Administration. I work well in environments where I can gather information, analyze problems and solutions, and share my knowledge with others. Through my years of teaching experience I have developed a skill for simplifying complicated procedures and concepts to bite-sized chunks. I am also able to explain things in different ways to meet the learner where they are at. The most valuable lessons I have learned in my time in education is that I don't know everything and there is always room to grow. It is this realization that has kept me grounded and has put me in positions to help others the most. I look forward to the next chapter of my career and how I can put my past teaching experiences to use as a Salesforce Administrator. Outside of work I share my life with my husband and our two greyhounds. I love horror movies, songwriting, and learning Swedish.
