About Monira Quejada

Monira is with Compass Solutions, Inc - a reputable Project and Development Services firm in the greater Bay Area. She is responsible for a multitude of tasks that includes drafting proposals/RFPs, project cost tracking, and preparing draw packages with a 100% success rate in recovering over $50MM in Tenant Improvement Allowance for clients. Furthermore, she leads furniture and signage installations, and manages relocation projects and fit-up procedures. Prior to joining Compass Solutions, Monira exceled as a project coordinator with Cassidy Turley’s (now Cushman & Wakefield) Project and Development Services Team supporting a total of 9 Project Managers. She trained closely with the Sustainability Director researching and documenting LEED credits for projects nationwide. Remarkably, she served as the entire company’s only revenue-generating project coordinator by independently executing the process that clients needed to comply with California’s AB1103. With over a decade of involvement in the commercial real estate industry, including tenant improvements, landlord turnkey, and ground up developments, Monira brings a vast knowledge of processes that have proven to be integral with streamlining the complex variables that make each buildout a success.
