A seasoned HR Professional with more than 25 years of successful track record having experience in Performance, Total Rewards, Global HR Business Partnering, Consulting, Program Management, Business Transformations and Learning. Leading the COE Total Rewards and Performance Management globally for Sun, responsible for setting up the COE and for institutionalizing a Total Rewards Framework and also for promoting a performance driven culture through performance linked compensation differentiation and robust performance management system. Also Leading HR for Europe and ANZ Region: responsible for developing and implementing business specific people strategy, driving talent management and organizational capability agenda, leading HR transformation for the region. Prior to that was the head of HR for Global IT function. Spent more than 4 years with Philips and handled various profiles like: Head of Rewards and D&I for India subcontinent, Program Manager- Global Philips University, Head of Global Learning Delivery. Prior to joining Philips have worked with E&Y for close to two years as Associate Director in the People & Organization practice where I led consulting assignments across multiple HR areas and partnered with organizations to help unleash their people potential; delivering HR advisory services across industries and continents. Worked with Ranbaxy before that for 5 years and my last role was of Head – Global Reward Management managing rewards for close to 30 countries. Have also got 5 years consulting experience in Mercer Human Resource Consulting and two years HR business partnering experience with HFCL and Koshika Telecom.
