About Monisha Dhindsa

Hi! I’m a passionate and collaborative OT student with a strong interest in mental health and person-centered care. I believe in the power of therapeutic relationships, interdisciplinary teamwork, and enabling people to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. My journey in OT school has been deeply shaped by curiosity and connection. During my undergraduate studies, I published a phenomenological study exploring the lived experiences of adults with disabilities. Currently, I’m working on my graduate research focused on how OT students engage with artificial intelligence in academic and fieldwork settings—something I hope to publish soon! I'm especially drawn to roles and projects that integrate evidence-based practice with creativity, empathy, and advocacy. Always open to learning, sharing ideas, and collaborating with others who are committed to inclusive, holistic care.
