About Monnette L.

So what's my day-to-day look like? If you asked my Senior Marketing Manager, she'd say I'm her right hand. One day you might find me in back-to-back brand calls, noting our strategy and projects for the upcoming month to help keep our team on track. I could be plugging discount codes into Shopify, adding a reward deal in Yotpo, or creating popups and landing pages in Attentive. Other times, I'm tracking KPIs and huddling about brand audits. A whole lot of the time, I'm analyzing segments and building and testing email & SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo for multiple brands. It's some of my favorite tasks! I also love taking my manger's strategy and creating briefs. But the most rewarding part of my daily work routine? It's reviewing all the creatives for each of our pods' brands. Providing feedback and guiding our copywriters and designers on creative direction is so my jam. Watching creative work go from great to show-stopping is the part of my job that truly fills my cup. Learning about strategy makes my brain tingle, but I'll always be creative at my core. In my previous role at The Greenhouse, I reveled in working alongside designers and marketing managers to create impactful content. My daily responsibilities included proofreading with an editorial eye, conducting industry research, and writing to optimize campaigns and flows for multiple brands. I've also been instrumental in refining our copywriting SOPs and training new team members, ensuring our messaging remains fresh and effective.
