I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, where I developed a strong foundation in business management, operations, and leadership. Prior to HR, I worked as a Project Manager at Continuant, overseeing complex client projects and ensuring they met expectations, budgets, and timelines. Additionally, my five years in customer service at Caffé D’arte strengthened my interpersonal, communication, and employee training skills—reinforcing my people-first mindset. I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and am passionate about driving efficiency, accuracy, and meaningful workplace improvements.
