About Monte Kuligowski

I'm a Virginia attorney who concentrates personal injury law, workers' compensation and criminal law and serious traffic offenses, including revoked and suspended license issues and reckless driving. I've been representing clients throughout Virginia since 1997. My legal writings on Virginia and constitutional law have been published by law journals at the law schools at Duke, Virginia, Richmond, Samford and St. John's. My article on the Virginia case, Gibson v. Commonwealth was published by the Justice System Journal, a peer-edited law journal sponsored by the National Center for State Courts. My article,"Rethinking DUI Law in Virginia," was published in Vol. 42, Issue 2 of the University of Richmond Law Review. I have represented almost every class of citizen, including enlisted military personnel, high ranking military officers, blue collar workers, white collar workers, law enforcement officers, professors and fellow attorneys. I represent clients in the cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton, Suffolk, Newport News, Northampton County, Southampton County and throughout the state of Virginia.
