Scientific manager interested in multidisciplinary projects within the Biomedical research area. Topics related to Pharmacology, Toxicology, Translational Medicine, Drug Discovery, Drug Safety, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Mining, Ontologies, Standard Terminologies, or Regulatory Guidelines suit to my expertise and my professional development goals. As researcher and scientific manager, I have demonstrated personal atributes to work on own initiative, as team player and being an easy network builder in a proactive way. I´m capable of good analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and prompt ability to be strategic and tactical towards strict targets and deadlines. My participation in international projects, academia and industry, provided me with wide experience in project progress reporting, sorting out profitable content sources to support the projects research; and to become competent with biomedical tools to ensure data interoperability and quality concerns in terms of data harmonization and inurement of standards. My position at Bayer Pharma let me to built up my technical and scientific proficiency in the implementation of the Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data (SEND), the mandatory format for NDA, ANDA, and certain BLA submissions to FDA reporting studies starting after December 17th, 2016. My position at Synapse Research Management Partners let me to articulate my organizational skills to perform the management operational actions in several private-public partnership consortia of excellence (IMI and H2020 projects), in biomedical research and translational safety assessment. From my chemistry learnings, I like to define myself as a catalyst, as Collins definitions say: a person that causes change; acting as the stimulus in bringing about or hasting a result. Happy to play this role in the projects that I get involved in.
