I am a passionate and ethical researcher with a strong commitment to advancing healthcare through artificial intelligence, data science, and digital technologies. Currently completing my PhD in Health Innovation at Macquarie University, I specialize in developing AI-driven solutions that capture and analyze both verbal and non-verbal communication in GP consultations, driving forward the future of telehealth and digital health services. My technical expertise includes machine learning (Scikit-learn, Random Forests, Ensemble Models), deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras), natural language processing (BERT, Transformers, text classification, entity recognition), and computer vision (ResNet, Inception, pose estimation, human activity recognition). I am proficient in data management (SQL, Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI), with additional experience in cloud platforms such as Amazon SageMaker. Throughout my research and industry experience, I have led End-to-End AI projects — from data cleaning and feature engineering to model building, evaluation, and deployment. I take pride in designing solutions tailored to real-world clinical problems, such as using regular expressions for healthcare text analysis and selecting appropriate models (CNN, LSTM) based on Human-Object or Human-Human Interaction task classification. My work thrives at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and human-centred design. I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, dietitians, biomedical experts, and designers, and I remain committed to maintaining ethical standards in AI development, with training under Macquarie University's ethical review processes.
