About Morena Barbati

Over the past year at Accenture, I worked on SAP IBP for Inventory Optimization, managing the project from the initial design phase to UAT testing and training manual preparation. Subsequently, I was assigned to a project in the Cosmetics industry, where I gained expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (new name: Maestro). This role allowed me to contribute to internal training, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support knowledge transfer among colleagues. Being a Business Analyst in the Techno-Functional sector has strengthened my motivation to take business challenges, understand complex requirements, and collaboratively design and implement innovative solutions with my team.In my free time, I’m a swimming teacher. I love working in contact with people and teaching them how to swim. Due to my experience, I continually project a sense of organization and professionalism when managing lessons. My time working as a babysitter for several months in Dublin was the experience that helped me grow. All of these events have raised my ambition and given me the tools I need to learn a new language and gain more independence.
