I am an experienced Business Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the IT and services industry. Strong operations professional skills in Business Processes, Service Delivery, Requirements Analysis, ITIL, and Strategy.I started my career in Marconi Company, automating CAE/CAD/CAM engineering processes.After 2 years, I joined Sysdata and Cap Gemini Groups for 8 year to taste the “offering” side and experience the customer facing.When I moved back to Marconi, my task was the introduction of the Product Information Management concept, driving the engineering processes and the systems evolution. Then I led IT operations, ERP systems, application management, projects, business relationships.I closed my career in Ericsson as Head of IT South Central Mediterranean (including Italy, Israel and Libya countries), leading and connecting people, customers, suppliers and partners.I have been the “IT expert” in many company’s M&A projects and led the change. It has been a great journey which gave me the opportunity to cooperate and learn from many great people around the world (from Europe, Americas, England, Eurasia, India, China, Arabic countries, …).I surf the change: IT change, company’s change and as well my personal change.In 2023 I started a new chapter of my life in Genoa Instruments, a startup from Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia developing cutting edge super-resolution optical microscopes.My ambition is to help businesses in their growth, companies, organizations or public entities who aim to expand their horizons, by providing them support, advices and coaching in their operations and Digital Transformation journey, where I can contribute with my experience.
