I thrive when actively shaping all dimensions of my well-being; my work in employee engagement has shown me that doing so also elevates job performance, motivation, and satisfaction. I am not merely acted upon; I am the architect of my experiences and help others become so as well. I have a strong bias for action and am not afraid of navigating change. My people management style revolves around a dedication for transparency, autonomy, connection, feedback exchange, and strength magnification, without fear of trying new things. A team grows together and cannot grow without procedures evolving to meet team members' needs. As Phil Jackson said,"The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team." My purpose and passion revolve around intentionally crafting experiences that enhance people's lives, impacting individuals on a profound level.
