Background
About Morgan Andrus
As an IT Help Desk Technician Lead at Utah Tech University, I ensure the smooth operation of the helpdesk and manage team schedules. I leverage my problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve various software issues, including Wi-Fi, multi-factor authentication, email, printing, and password resetting. I also communicate technical solutions effectively over the phone and in person, providing instructions and guidance to end-users. In addition to my role at Utah Tech University, I am a Junior Field Technician at Horrocks, where I focus on monitoring video feeds to collect and provide accurate data for project requirements. I have quickly adapted to new equipment such as cameras, mounting poles, count boards, and more. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Utah Tech University, with an expected graduation date in May 2025. I hold certifications in CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
