About Morgan Answer

Morgan Answer is a Youth Outreach Worker at Lumenus Community Services, where he has been delivering integrated mental health and developmental services for children, youth, and families in Toronto for over six years. He is passionate about empowering youth, especially those who are at-risk, marginalized, or facing challenges, and helping them develop assets, competencies, and resiliency. He works collaboratively and flexibly with youth and their families, as well as cross-sector service provider partners, in creating individualized and effective, strengths-based service plans. He also participates in community outreach, partnerships, and consultations, and advocates for mental health awareness and support. He has received multiple certifications and honors for his outstanding service and dedication to the youth and the community. He is driven to offer solutions to many of the pressing issues that youth face today, and to inspire them through various channels and mediums.
