One of the things we work with organization’s on at WJ is uncovering that organization's "why". Why do they exist? Why do their employees get up each morning and come in to work? An organization's "why" is the guiding principal of the organization and a fundamental component to that organization's brand. I believe it is just as important to have a personal "why". What is my guiding principal within my life, my job, my relationships? Being as this is a professional platform, my personal "whys" will remain shrouded in mystery, but I will share my professional "why" loud and proud:"Internal Harmony" The world can be a chaotic place, but your workplace shouldn't have to be. Efficiency reduces frustrations and increases profits. Profitability allows the organization to re-invest in to the organization and its people, rewarding teams for their hard work and dedication. And the people and the culture are the lifeblood of every organization. Without motivated, engaged, happy people, your efficiency, productivity and profits go down and culture will suffer. As an operations professional, I strive to ensure our day-to-day work life is as harmonious, efficient, profitable and FUN as possible, through problem-solving, process and PARTIES when the job is done.
