About Morgan Bond

Persistence has been a defining trait of mine since childhood—I simply never took no for an answer. Whether it was convincing my parents to let me have that once in a while sleepover or pushing myself to master a new skill, I was relentless in my pursuits. This drive became especially evident on the softball field. From the moment I picked up a bat, I was determined to excel. I spent countless hours practicing, refusing to quit until I perfected my swing or made that impossible catch. This same determination has carried into my academic and professional life as a senior at Benedictine University, majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Outside of school, I coach a younger softball team, passing on lessons in perseverance and teamwork, while deepening my understanding of leadership and communication. My recent role as a Medical Device Sales Intern at Jigsaw Medical allowed me to leverage this persistence, building meaningful relationships and delivering solutions for hospitals nationwide. If my younger self could see who I’ve become, she would be proud, but not surprised. My refusal to take no for an answer has shaped my journey, and this relentless drive will continue to guide me as I aim to make a meaningful impact in my future career.
