About Morgan Bresko

My dual Master in Social Work and Public Health revolved around direct patient care, leadership and health systems management preparing me to think on both micro and macro levels in my clinical practice. Over the past nine years my work has expanded across multiple populations, from Veterans undergoing specialized surgical procedures, to civilians needing mental health support and addiction services to Kenyan civilians needing access to health care. I have a strong background in mental and medical case management, assisting patients in managing their comorbidities providing education, supportive counseling and caregiver support. I am an expert in performing psycho-social assessments, providing care coordination and discharge planning. Via my public health work and current position as interim chair of both the Preventive Ethics (PE) and Social Work Education and Professional Development (SWEPD) Committees, I have honed my administration and management skills and am well versed in clinical program and intervention development, evaluation, modification, and bioethics. I have excellent computer skills and have mastered many software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.I am a versatile clinical social worker and leader. I define myself as a team player who is highly organized with a positive attitude who can thrive in high stress environments. I have a great passion for advocacy, leadership, and patient centered care and bring that passion with me everywhere I go.During my personal time I enjoy writing in my Blog 'The Dynamic Life Project." I share memoir like pieces along with various other stories about all aspects of life. It's my way of sharing what I know and hoping to assist others in leading happy dynamic lives. See link attached!
