About Morgan Burch

I’m a product leader focused on building and scaling data platforms that turn complex information into reliable, usable systems.I helped grow AltExchange from a pre-revenue startup into the platform that now powers iCapital’s Data Solutions offering following its acquisition. As an early team member, I worked across product, operations, and client delivery to shape foundational workflows, data models, and platform capabilities that continue to scale today. In my current role at iCapital, I lead product strategy and execution for a large portfolio of integrations that aggregate and normalize alternative investment data. I’ve helped scale and maintain 260+ external data provider and partner integrations while driving automation, data standardization, and platform performance improvements. My work sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
