About Morgan C.

As a Master’s candidate at the Bush School of Government and Public Service, I am driven by a deep sense of responsibility to contribute to meaningful change, carrying forward President George H.W. Bush’s belief that public service is a noble calling. My background spans teaching, government, and research with experience in data analysis, program assessment, and reporting. As a middle school teacher, I developed strong communication skills, adapted strategies based on outcomes, and thrived in fast-paced environments. At USAID, I applied these skills to evaluating security programs and creating data-driven insights. As a graduate student, I deepened my academic understanding of complex issues including governance, armed conflict, and Women, Peace, and Security. I thrive on tackling complex challenges, making sense of data, and working with diverse teams. I’m always looking for opportunities to use my analytical and communication skills to support impactful decision-making.
