As a Lead Concierge at The Vanderbilt, Auberge Resorts Collection, I bring my pizzazz, sparkle, and hospitality expertise to every guest interaction. I love creating memorable and personalized experiences for our guests, whether it's booking a reservation at a hidden gem restaurant, arranging a spa treatment, or recommending a local attraction. I also manage the concierge team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and uphold the standards of our luxury brand. My passion for hospitality stems from my background in theatre, which I studied at Emerson College. There, I learned how to perform, communicate, and engage with diverse audiences, as well as how to collaborate, improvise, and adapt to different scenarios. These skills have served me well in my other roles, such as a food writer and editor for Motif Magazine, where I showcase my love of food and writing, and a tour guide for Rhode Island Red Food Tours, where I entertain and educate visitors about Newport's culture and history.
