Hi There! Passionate about connecting people with purpose, I’ve spent my career helping organizations find and grow the right talent to drive meaningful change. Whether building robust pipelines from the ground up, managing high-impact recruitment projects, or guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process, I lead with empathy, strategy, and a commitment to equity. As a Talent Recruiter currently serving the our students whom we endearingly call our little KIPPsters, it is my personal and professional aim to do my part in dismantling systemic oppression within the K-12 educational system, by working to hire likeminded teachers, school support partners and leaders. I am skilled in delivering exceptional candidate experiences while partnering closely with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. With over nine years in HR and a BBA in Human Resource Management from Sam Houston State University, I’ve successfully driven initiatives that improve team efficiency, enhance retention, and foster inclusive, equitable workplaces. My work spans full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, and talent development; always with a focus on innovation, equity, and impact.
