As a Clinic Operations Manager at Ochsner Health, I oversee the daily operations and patient care of the Urgent Care and Occupational Health clinics. I have a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from University of New Orleans, and more than 5 years of experience in healthcare. I started my career as a Rehabilitation Technician at Ochsner Health, where I assisted physical and occupational therapists provide quality care to patients. I then progressed to a Patient Access Supervisor role, where I managed the scheduling, registration, and billing processes for the Therapy and Wellness department. Currently, I am responsible for ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety standards, as well as leading and developing a team of staff and clinicians. I have strong skills in operations management, healthcare management, and patient care, and I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of our community. I am also committed to learning and growing as a professional, and I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
