About Morgan Darcy

I am currently located in Maryland where I work at Allianz Trade as a Business Analyst/Jr. Project Manager. In my role, I help drive the operational efficiency of my organization via continuous improvement of applications and business processes. I am also pursuing my Master of Business Administration at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. I decided to pursue a graduate degree to build my leadership skills and expand my business knowledge. One year into the program and I have been able to apply my newfound knowledge to my role, especially in regard to project management, change management, and business analytics. I am a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA where I majored in both Economics and Spanish. I was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta fraternity for women and had many opportunities within the organization to showcase my leadership abilities. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and yoga. On the weekends you can find me hanging out with my dog, Kona and my cat, George.
