In my recent role as an HR Administrator at GXO Logistics, I supported the HR functions of a leading logistics and supply chain company, focusing on employee absence management. I recently completed a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, enhancing my skills in business operations and management. Previously, I worked as a HR Admin Apprentice at Next PLC where I assisted in letter processing, answering queries and implementing process improvements which gave me valuable HR experience in the fashion retail industry. I also have two years of experience as a Crew Member at McDonald's, where I was an active employee engagement champion and also developed strong customer service and teamwork skills. I possess skills in HR policies, GDPR compliance, absence management and business process improvements. I am passionate about helping others, making a positive impact, and continuously learning to advance my career.
