I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Ripon College, with a minor in Criminal Justice. My experience includes working as a full-time clinician in Frontier Behavioral Health’s Intensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (IDBT) program, where I help clients navigate complex mental health challenges and develop key life skills.I’m passionate about helping people lead fulfilling, productive lives, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and self-awareness. My goal is to empower clients to recognize their resilience and strengths, enabling them to regain control of their lives and achieve their personal goals.In addition to my clinical work, I’ve contributed to research on topics like servant leadership, social conforming, and the impact of stigma on mental health, collaborating with distinguished professors and research teams.With extensive experience in client engagement, training, and skill development, I’m now eager to apply my expertise in training, enablement, or a similar corporate role. I’m committed to bridging the gap between mental health, wellness, and professional development, helping individuals and organizations thrive in both personal and professional settings.
