About Morgan Edwards

After graduating with a B.A. in History and Education from Northern Illinois University, I decided to travel and adventure outside of my Midwestern comfort zone. In October 2011 I packed my car and drove to California where I found my first job in the ski industry. Once I discovered you could do what you loved for work it was all uphill, or should I say, mountain, from there. This experience provided me with a broad network of amazing humans and has allowed me to travel, volunteer, explore, have new experiences, and meet and work with people from all over the world. I enjoy collaborating with others as a team and I also thrive in a solo environment. I always strive for success and respect, and I love opportunities to work outside of the normal office environment. I am passionate about teaching and learning. I believe that one must be continually learning in order to grow and succeed. Each new experience allows me to add to my skill-set, and to improve on what I already know. I am motivated to learn new things and enjoy new opportunities. I am grateful and lucky to be able to explore and work in so many beautiful places. I have also had the pleasure of doing jobs I love with other passionate and hard working people. These experiences have shown me that every day is a new opportunity, and to always remember to prioritize play.
